Our business is named in honor of our maternal and paternal grandmothers, Mary and Jessie, whose love, guidance, and dedication helped shape our family. Their legacy inspires the way we care for every resident.
We understand that finding the right living arrangement for a loved one can feel overwhelming and urgent. Our goal is to provide families with comfort, confidence, and peace of mind while helping residents maintain dignity, safety, independence, and meaningful quality of life.

Every referral is reviewed individually to determine whether Mary and Jessie's can safely meet the prospective resident's needs. Submission of a referral does not guarantee admission.

Transportation: Transportation to medical appointments is not currently included. Families or authorized representatives are responsible for arranging outside transportation unless other arrangements are approved in advance.
Transparent starting rates
Residential care starts at $6,500 per month. A personalized rate is provided after completion of a resident assessment and review of care needs.

Our team reviews the information to determine whether we may be an appropriate placement option.

Assessment and conversation
We contact the referral source, family, or authorized representative to discuss needs, pricing, availability, and next steps.

Admission decision
If we can safely meet the prospective resident's needs, we coordinate assessment, documentation, move-in planning, and admission.
Our goal is to acknowledge referrals within one business day. Urgent referrals should also be followed by a phone call to (248) 955-1773.
